Full Moon Circle 

 

Each full moon, Elika Flowers and I hold an intentional circle allowing us to gather in community to honor the cycles of life.  Our flow moves from cacao to sound bath meditation to breathwork and chanting. We then open the space for sharing followed by music and movement.

Pyramid Card Reading

Oracle cards are a visual channel that I tap into to receive messages from ancestors and spirit. Each reading is a unique 15 minute experience where together we use the pyramid shape to explore themes and energies. 

 

Readings can be done in person, over the phone or virtually.
