Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow flow that targets the deep connective tissue of our bodies, this includes ligaments, tendons, fascia (a thin layer of muscle that holds our organs, blood vessels and nerves in place), and increases circulation and flexibility. Different from most Yang practices, Yin focuses on where we can soften and melt into the warm comfort of gravity. Yin Yoga asks us to slow down for a moment, tap into the subtle energies within and around our bodies, giving us moments of full surrender and delicious release. The poses are held for 3-5 minutes and transitions are slow and intentional. We finish with a beautiful savasana pose that leads into a body gratitude meditation.
